• Automatic unwinding Web tension control system, consist of microprocessor controlled with two load cells on tension measuring roller and an electromagnetic powder brake. These type of control loop ensures that, wrong web tension are corrected quickly.
• Air shaft on unwinder which helps to reduce wobbing tendency of the web, less time in loading and unloading of rolls and also provide uniform grip of the core.
• Safety chuck is a square bar holder for air shaft. It maintain high concentricity between safety chuck and air shaft. The safety chuck is key elments of modern unwinding system.
• High efficient web guiding system is provided on unwinding station (std.made).
• Heavy duty frames, stress releived carefully and methodically machined  to maintain accuracy over long dependable life.

• Hydralic servo cylinder dia 50 x 100 mm strock with Two nos. of spherical bushing.
• Servo centre operator edge sensor.
• Vernier adjusting device with square steel bar to mount and adjust the edge sensor for different width.
• Pneumohydraulic power unit operating with A.C. motor & separately fitted electrical controller consisting of contactor over load relay & terminals with instalation.

• Shaft body and shaft end journals from steel.

Gravure printing units each comprising :

• Distinguishly designed Heavy, strong and steady plate structure with attractive look out and improved path direction which helps to provide wrinkless smooth rotation of all type or flexible material. Oli-immersed transmission gear boxes mounted on back side of the printing units.
• Cylinder mounting shaft complete with hard steel matal taper cones and quick locking checknuts. The shaft transmits drive fiom the output gear, mechanical device for axial movement of the printing cylinder (+/-20mm).
• Inking device consisting of ink tray designed for use with minimum quantity of ink & self locking mechanism for raising / lowering the ink tray to accomodate printing cylinders of different repeats.
• full width holder to accomodate doctor blade for the even removal of excess ink from the printing cylinder, supported on solid precision ground guides. Doctor blade drives its oscillatory drive from the drive transmission gear box. Facility to vary working position / contact angle necessary for different printing repeats.
• Fullwidth rubber coated impression roller, mounted on its shaft & quick locking bearing housing at either end. Pneumatic controls for raising lowering the impression roller, complete with pressure gauge and regulator for fine indication and control of contact pressure on the printing cylinder.

  Rewinding unit comprising :

  • One no. D.C. motor along with thyristor drive or one no. tourqe motor along with dimmer jet.
  • One no. rewind bracket with supporting bearing and quick locking arrangement to accomodate rewind shaft.
  • One no. rewind shaft complete with Reel-cones and specially designed quick locking check-nuts (Extra on request).
